An Overview about Today's law and world history...

The Control of National Highways (Land and Traffic) Act, 2002 :

✒️It was enacted on 14th January 2003 and came into force on 27th January 2005, to provide for control of land within the National Highways, right of way and traffic moving on the National Highways and also for removal of unauthorised occupation thereon.

✒️Section 41 - Finality of orders :

Save as otherwise expressly provided in this Act, every order made or any action taken by the Highway Administration or the officer authorised in this behalf by such Administration or every order passed or decision made on appeal under this Act by the Tribunal shall be final and shall not be called in question in any original suit, application or execution proceeding and no injunction shall be granted by any court or other authority in respect of any action taken or to be taken in pursuance of any power conferred by or under this Act to the Highway Administration or Tribunal.

Narain Karthikeyan - Racing Driver

நரேன் கார்த்திகேயன் - Kumar Ram Narain  - Indian Racing Driver (First Indian Driver to Compete in Formula One) :

✒️Tamil Nadu car racer Narain Karthikeyan was born on January 14, 1977 in Chennai. He is the first Indian to compete in F1, the world's premier motor racing event. He was awarded the Padma Shri in the sports category in 2010.

• தமிழக கார் பந்தய வீரர் நரேன் கார்த்திகேயன் 1977ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 14ஆம் தேதி சென்னையில் பிறந்தார். உலக மோட்டார் பந்தயங்களிலேயே முதன்மையானதாக கருதப்படும் எஃப் 1 போட்டிகளில் கலந்து கொள்ளும் முதல் இந்தியர் இவரே ஆவார். இவருக்கு 2010ஆம் ஆண்டில் பத்மஸ்ரீ விருது விளையாட்டு பிரிவில் வழங்கப்பட்டது.

க.வெள்ளைவாரணனார் - K.Vellaivarananar - Tamil Scholar :

✒️Tamil scholar K.Vellaivarananar was born on January 14, 1917 in Thirunageswaram near Kudanthai in Tanjore district. He was an intellectual who knew the intricacies of music and music. He has given a rare book called "Isaitamil". The book consists of nine chapters namely: Muthamil talent, music literature, musicality, musical Tamil literature, musical instruments, grammar of music, utility of Tamil music, movement of Tamil music, works for the development of Tamil music. The Tamil Nadu Art, Music and Drama Society awarded him Kalaimamani Award in 1985. K.Vellaivarananar, who was hailed as the Mother of Tamil, passed away on 13th June, 1988.

• தமிழறிஞர் க.வெள்ளைவாரணனார் 1917ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 14ஆம் தேதி தஞ்சை மாவட்டம் குடந்தைக்கு அருகிலுள்ள திருநாகேசுவரத்தில் பிறந்தார். இவர் இயற்றமிழோடு, இசைத்தமிழின் நுணுக்கங்களையும் அறிந்த நுண்ணறிவாளராகத் திகழ்ந்தார். இவர் இசைத்தமிழ் என்ற அரிய நூல் ஒன்றைத் தந்துள்ளார். இந்நூல் முத்தமிழ்த் திறம், இசை நூல் வரன்முறை, இசையமைதி, இசைத்தமிழ் இலக்கியம், இசைக் கருவிகள், இசைப்பாட்டின் இலக்கணம், இசைத்தமிழ்ப் பயன், தமிழிசை இயக்கம், இசைத்தமிழ் வளர்ச்சிக்கு ஆக்கமாகும் பணிகள் என்ற ஒன்பது இயல்களை கொண்டுள்ளது. தமிழ்நாடு இயல், இசை, நாடக மன்றம் இவருக்கு 1985ஆம் ஆண்டு கலைமாமணி விருதை வழங்கியது. தமிழ்மாமணி என பாராட்டப்பட்ட க.வெள்ளைவாரணனார் 1988ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜுன் 13ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟 1974ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 14ஆம் தேதி திருச்சி, தஞ்சை மாவட்டங்களிலிருந்து பிரித்து புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டது - Pudukottai district was formed on 14th January 1974 by separating Trichy and Tanjore districts.

🌟 1960ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 14ஆம் தேதி தமிழக எழுத்தாளர் ஜெ.வீரநாதன் பிறந்தார் - Tamil writer J.Veeranathan was born on January 14, 1960.
