The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS):

✒️It was enacted on 25th December 2023 & came into force on 1st July 2024, to consolidate and amend the provisions relating to offences and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS):

✒️It was enacted on 25th December 2023 & came into force on 1st July 2024, to consolidate and amend the law relating to Criminal Procedure.

The Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023 (BSA):

✒️It was enacted on 25th December 2023 & came into force on 1st July 2024, to consolidate and to provide for general rules and principles of evidence for fair trial.

The Surrogacy (Regulation) Act, 2021:

✒️It was enacted on 25th December 2021 & came into force on 25th January 2022, to constitute National Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Board, State Assisted Reproductive Technology and Surrogacy Boards and appointment of appropriate authorities for regulation of the practice and process of surrogacy and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The Illegal Migrants (Determination by Tribunals) Act, 1983 :

✒️It was enacted & enforced on 25th December 1983, to provide for the establishment of Tribunals for the determination, in a fair manner, of the question whether a person is an illegal migrant to enable the Central Government to expel illegal migrants from India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

The Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 :

✒️It was enacted on 25th December 2007 & came into force on 15th June 2008, to provide for the adjudication or trial by Armed Forces Tribunal of disputes and complaints with respect to commission, appointments, enrolment and conditions of service in respect of persons subject to the Army Act, 1950, the Navy Act, 1957 and the Air Force Act 1950 and also to provide for appeals arising out of orders, findings or sentences of court martial held under the said Acts and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

மூதறிஞர் ராஜாஜி - Rajaji (Chakravarti Rajagopalachari) - Independence Activist, India's Last Governor-General, Former Chief Minister of Tamilnadu, Lawyer, Writer :

✒️Today is Rajaji's Memorial Day!

✒️Rajagopalachari, a multi-faceted personal, freedom fighter, lawyer, Governor General of India, Chief Minister of Madras, was born on 10th December 1878 in a village called Thorapalli in Tamilnadu. He was inspired by Gandhiji's non-cooperation movement and joined the freedom struggle movement. He also participated in many protests including the protest against the Rowlatt Act. He was elected as a member of the Salem Municipality in 1917 and later as the Municipal Chairman. In 1937, he became the Chief Minister of Madras Province. He served as Minister of Industry, Education and Finance in the Interim Government formed in 1946. He was awarded the Bharat Ratna in 1954. Rajaji, popularly known as Salethu Mambhazam, passed away on 25th December 1972.

• சுதந்திர போராட்ட வீரர், வழக்கறிஞர், இந்தியாவின் கவர்னர் ஜெனரல், சென்னை மாகாண முதல்வர் என பன்முகப் பரிமாணம் கொண்ட ராஜகோபாலாச்சாரி 1878ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 10ஆம் தேதி கிருஷ்ணகிரி மாவட்டம் (அன்றைய சேலம் மாவட்டம்) தொரப்பள்ளி என்ற கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார். இவர் காந்திஜியின் ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கத்தால் ஈர்க்கப்பட்டு விடுதலைப் போராட்ட இயக்கத்தில் இணைந்தார். மேலும் ரௌலட் சட்டத்திற்கு எதிரான போராட்டம் உள்ளிட்ட பல போராட்டங்களில் பங்கேற்றார். இவர் 1917ஆம் ஆண்டு சேலம் நகராட்சி உறுப்பினராகவும், பின்னர் நகராட்சி தலைவராகவும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். 1937ஆம் ஆண்டு மதராஸ் மாகாணத்தின் பிரதான மந்திரியாகப் பொறுப்பேற்றார். 1946ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைக்கப்பட்ட இடைக்கால அரசில் தொழில், கல்வி மற்றும் நிதித்துறை அமைச்சராகப் பணியாற்றினார். 1954ஆம் ஆண்டு இவருக்கு பாரத ரத்னா விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது. சேலத்து மாம்பழம் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்ட ராஜாஜி 1972ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 25ந் தேதி (இன்று) மறைந்தார்.

Atal Bihari Vajpayee - Prime Minister of India

🌟இந்தியாவின் 11வது பிரதமர் அடல் பிஹாரி வாஜ்பாய் 1924, டிசம்பர் 25ம் தேதி அன்று பிறந்தார் - 11th Indian Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee was born on 25th December 1924.

🌟ஹாலிவுட் நகைச்சுவை நடிகர் சார்லி சாப்ளின், 1977ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி காலமானார் - Hollywood comedian Charlie Chaplin died on 25th December, 1977.

🌟உலகளாவிய வலைதளம் வெற்றிகரமாக 1990ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 25ஆம் தேதி சோதிக்கப்பட்டது - The World Wide Web was successfully tested on 25th December, 1990.

🌟2021ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 25ந் தேதி, நாசா விண்வெளியில் மிகப்பெரிய ஆப்டிகல் தொலைநோக்கியான ஜேம்ஸ் வெப் விண்வெளி தொலைநோக்கியை ஏவியது - In 2021 December 25, NASA launched the largest optical telescope in space, the James Webb Space Telescope.
