✒️It was enacted on 25th March 2016 & came into force on 1st May 2016, to establish the Real Estate Regulatory Authority for regulation and promotion of the real estate sector and to ensure sale of plot, apartment or building, as the case may be, or sale of real estate project, in an efficient and transparent manner and to protect the interest of consumers in the real estate sector and to establish an adjudicating mechanism for speedy dispute redressal and also to establish the Appellate Tribunal to hear appeals from the decisions, directions or orders of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority and the adjudicating officer and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️It was enacted on 25th March 2016 & came into force on 12th September 2016, to provide for, as a good governance, efficient, transparent, and targeted delivery of subsidies, benefits and services, the expenditure for which is incurred from the Consolidated Fund of India, to individuals residing in India through assigning of unique identity numbers to such individuals and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️It was enacted on 25th March 2016 & came into force on 12th April 2016, to make provisions for existing national waterways and to provide for the declaration of certain inland waterways to be national waterways and also to provide for the regulation and development of the said waterways for the purposes of shipping and navigation and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️It was enacted 25th March 1995 & according to Sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 29th September 1994, to regulate the operation of cable television networks in the country and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️It was enacted on 25th March 1926 & came into force on 1st June 1927, to provide for the registration of Trade Unions and in certain respects to define the law relating to registered Trade Unions.
✒️It was enacted on 25th March 1997 & as per 1(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 24th day of January, 1997, to provide for the taking over of the management of the Lalit Kala Akadami for a limited period in the public interest and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️Over 400 years in the world, 15 million men, women and children were enslaved and sold commercially. It is a dark chapter in the history of mankind. It is observed every year on March 25 to remember those who lost their lives due to this slavery and to raise awareness of the dangers of racism and discrimination.

✒️Norman Borlaug, the father of the Green Revolution, was born on March 25, 1914, in Cresco, USA. In his research with Mexican scientists, he developed high-yielding, disease-resistant semi-dwarf wheat crop varieties within 20 years. He guided to introduce these not only in Mexico but also in India and Pakistan. His work to improve food security has been hailed as the Green Revolution. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1970 for increasing food production and promoting world peace. Also, he received 3 highest awards namely the Gold Medal of the US Parliament, the President's Medal of Freedom and the Nobel Prize. He is also a recipient of India's Padma Vibhushan Award. Norman Borlaug died on September 12, 2009.
✒️பசுமை புரட்சியின் தந்தை நார்மன் எர்னஸ்ட் போர்லாக் 1914ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் 25ஆம் தேதி அமெரிக்காவின் கிரெஸ்கோ நகரில் பிறந்தார். இவர் மெக்சிகோ விஞ்ஞானிகளுடன் இணைந்து மேற்கொண்ட ஆராய்ச்சிகளில் 20 ஆண்டுகளுக்குள் அதிக விளைச்சல் தரும், நோய் எதிர்ப்பு சக்தி உள்ள குட்டையான (Semi Dwarf) கோதுமை பயிர் ரகங்களை உருவாக்கினார். இவற்றை மெக்சிகோ மட்டுமின்றி இந்தியா, பாகிஸ்தானிலும் அறிமுகம் செய்ய வழிகாட்டினார். உணவு பாதுகாப்பை மேம்படுத்திய இவரது செயல்பாடு பசுமைப் புரட்சி எனப் பாராட்டப்பட்டது. உணவு உற்பத்தியை பெருக்கி, உலக அமைதிக்கு வித்திட்டதற்காக 1970ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைதிக்கான நோபல் பரிசு இவருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது. மேலும், அமெரிக்க நாடாளுமன்றத்தின் தங்கப்பதக்கம், அதிபரின் ஃபிரீடம் பதக்கம், நோபல் பரிசு ஆகிய 3 உயர்ந்த விருதுகளை பெற்றார். இந்தியாவின் பத்ம விபூஷண் விருதும் பெற்றவர். நார்மன் எர்னஸ்ட் போர்லாக் 2009ஆம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் 12ஆம் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
✒️German botanist and researcher Heinrich Gustav Adolf Engler was born on March 25, 1844 in Zagan (now in Poland), then part of Germany. In 1879, he highlighted the importance of Geology on Biodiversity factors and defined Biogeographical Regions. His books "The Natural Plant Families" and "The Plant Kingdom" are notable. He published Botanical Yearbooks for Systematics from 1881 till the end of his life. He has received numerous awards and prizes including the Linnean Medal. The International Organization for Plant Classification awards a medal in his name. Adolf Engler, who is considered the pioneer of the world of botany, died on October 10, 1930.
