The Police Act, 1949 :
✒️It was enacted and enforced on 27th December 1949, to provide for the constitution of a general police-district embracing two or more Union territories and for the establishment of a police force therefor.
The Forest (Conservation) Act, 1980 :
✒️It was enacted on 27th December 1980 and It shall be deemed to have come into force on 25th October 1980, to provide for the conservation of forests and for matters connected therewith or ancillary or incidental thereto.
The Navy Act, 1957 :
✒️It was enacted on 27th December 1957 and enforced on 1st January 1958, to consolidate and amend the law relating to the Government of the Indian Navy.
The National Security Act, 1980 :
✒️It was enacted and enforced on 27th December 1980, to provide for preventive detention in certain cases and for matters connected therewith.
The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016 :
✒️It was enacted on 27th December 2016 and came into force on 19th April 2017, to give effect to the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
ஜோகன்னஸ் கெப்ளர் - Johannes Kepler - Renowned Astronomer :
✒️German mathematician and astronomer Johannes Kepler was born on December 27, 1571 in Weil der Stadt, Germany. He wrote 'Mysterium Cosmographicum', a huge astronomical book based on his research and knowledge in astronomy. After the publication of this book in 1596, he gained recognition as an able astronomer. His comments on the laws of motion of the planets in his books 'Astronomia Nova' and 'Harmonice Mundi' were well received and appreciated. He did many researches regarding the movement of planets and discovered 3 laws. He invented spectacles for nearsightedness and farsightedness, giving an accurate explanation of how we see with our eyes. In 1621, he published his famous book 'Epitome Astronomiae Copernicanae'. He was the first to coin the word 'satellite'. The multidimensional Johannes Kepler died aged 58 (15.11.1630). NASA's planetary telescope is named after him.
- ஜெர்மனியை சேர்ந்த கணிதவியலாளரும், வானியலாளருமான ஜோகன்னஸ் கெப்ளர் 1571ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 27ஆம் தேதி ஜெர்மனியின் வைல்டர்ஸ்டாட் நகரில் பிறந்தார்.
- இவர் வானியலில் தான் ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்த விஷயங்களின் அடிப்படையில் 'மிஸ்ட்ரியம் காஸ்மோகிராபிகம்' என்ற மிகப்பெரிய வானியல் நூலை எழுதினார். இந்நூல் 1596ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்த பிறகு, திறன்வாய்ந்த வானியலாளராக அங்கீகாரம் பெற்றார்.
- இவர் 'அஸ்ட்ரோநோமியா நோவா', 'ஹார்மோனிஸ் முன்டி' ஆகிய நூல்களில் கோள்களின் இயக்க விதிகள் தொடர்பாக கூறிய கருத்துகள் பெரும் வரவேற்பையும், பாராட்டுகளையும் பெற்றன.
- கோள்களின் இயக்கம் தொடர்பாக பல ஆராய்ச்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு 3 விதிகளைக் கண்டறிந்தார். கண்களால் நாம் எப்படி பார்க்கிறோம் என்பதற்கு சரியான விளக்கம் தந்து, இவர் கிட்டப்பார்வை, தூரப்பார்வைக்கான கண்ணாடிகளை கண்டறிந்தார். 'எபிடோமி அஸ்ட்ரோநோமியா' என்ற புகழ்பெற்ற நூலை 1621ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளியிட்டார்.
- இவர்தான் முதன்முதலில் 'சாட்டிலைட்' என்ற வார்த்தையை உருவாக்கினார். பன்முகப் பரிமாணம் கொண்ட ஜோகன்னஸ் கெப்ளர் 58வது வயதில் (15.11.1630) மறைந்தார். கோள்களைக் கண்டறியும் நாசாவின் தொலைநோக்கிக்கு இவரது பெயர் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

லூயி பாஸ்டர் - Louis Pasteur, Chemist & Microbiologist :
✒️Louis Pasteur, a French scientist who worked for the benefit of mankind through his research on germs, was born on December 27, 1822 in France. He did research in 1856 to help his winemaker friend. He discovered that what causes wine to ferment is a type of bacteria. Currently, this technology is used in dairy and food processing plants. This is called 'pasteurization' after him. Following this, researches were carried out to prevent the entry of microbes into the human body. A cure was also found for tuberculosis, which was considered life-threatening. He also discovered a cure for cattle rabies. He researched rabies and conducted many experiments and found a vaccine for it. Using his basic principles, scientists have found a cure for Tetanus and Polio. He has received many awards. Some planets in the sky and craters in the moon are also named after him. Louis Pasteur died at the age of 72 (28.09.1895) who worked for the good of mankind till the end of his life. - நோய்க் கிருமிகள் பற்றிய ஆராய்ச்சிகள் மூலம் மனித குல நன்மைக்காகப் பாடுபட்ட பிரான்ஸ் விஞ்ஞானி லூயி பாஸ்டர் 1822ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 27ஆம் தேதி பிரான்ஸில் பிறந்தார்.
- இவர் 1856ஆம் ஆண்டு தன்னுடைய நண்பரான ஒயின் தயாரிப்பாளருக்கு உதவி செய்ய ஓர் ஆராய்ச்சி மேற்கொண்டார். ஒயினை புளிக்கச்செய்வது ஒருவகை பாக்டீரியா கிருமி என்பதைக் கண்டறிந்தார்.
- தற்போது பால் மற்றும் உணவுப் பொருள் பதப்படுத்தும் நிலையங்களில் இந்த தொழில்நுட்பமே பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. இது அவரது பெயரால் 'பாஸ்ச்சரைசேஷன்' என்று அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.
- இதன் தொடர்ச்சியாக, மனித உடலில் நுண்ணுயிரிகள் புகுவதை தடுக்கும் ஆராய்ச்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டன. உயிர்க்கொல்லி என்று கருதப்பட்ட காசநோய்க்கும் மருந்து கிடைத்தது. மேலும் கால்நடைகளுக்கு வரும் கோமாரி நோய்க்கும் மருந்தை கண்டறிந்தார்.
- ரேபிஸ் நோய் பற்றி ஆராய்ந்து பல சோதனைகளை மேற்கொண்டு அதற்கான தடுப்பு மருந்தையும் கண்டறிந்தார். இவரது அடிப்படை கோட்பாடுகளைப் பயன்படுத்தி ஜன்னி, போலியோ போன்றவற்றுக்கும் மருந்து கண்டுபிடித்துள்ளனர் விஞ்ஞானிகள்.
- இவர் ஏராளமான விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார். விண்ணில் உள்ள சில கோள்கள் மற்றும் நிலவிலுள்ள பள்ளங்களுக்கும் இவர் பெயர் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. தன் வாழ்நாள் இறுதிவரை மனித குல நன்மைக்காக உழைத்த லூயி பாஸ்டர் 72வது வயதில் (28.09.1895) மறைந்தார்.

🌟2007ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 27ஆம் தேதி, தேர்தல் பரப்புரையின்போது பாகிஸ்தானின் முதல் பெண் பிரதமர் பெநாசிர் பூட்டோ சுட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டார். துப்பாக்கிச் சூட்டுடன், மனிதவெடிகுண்டுத் தாக்குதலும் நடத்தப்பட்டதில் பெநாசிர் உள்பட 24 பேர் கொல்லப்பட்டனர் - On December 27, 2007, Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan's first female Prime Minister, was shot dead during election campaigning. 24 people, including Benazir, were killed in the firing and the bomb attack.
🌟28 நாடுகளின் ஒப்புதலுடன் உலக வங்கி, 1945ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 27ஆம் தேதி உருவாக்கப்பட்டது - On 27th December 1945, World Bank was founded with the agreement of 28 nations.
