✒️It was enacted on 28th March 1997 & according to Sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 25th day of January 1997, to provide for the establishment of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and the Telecom Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal to regulate the telecommunication services, adjudicate disputes, dispose of appeals and to protect the interests of service providers and consumers of the telecom sector, to promote and ensure orderly growth of the telecom sector and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
✒️It was enacted on 28th March 2021 & enforced on 19th April, 2021- Sections 2, sub-sections (1), (2) and (4) of section 3, 4 to 14, sub-section (3) of section 15, 16 to 23 and 25 to 48 vide notification No. S.O. 1657(E), dated 16th April, 2021, see Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, sec. 3 (ii), to establish the National Bank for Financing Infrastructure and Development to support the development of longterm non-recourse infrastructure financing in India including development of the bonds and derivatives markets necessary for infrastructure financing and to carry on the business of financing infrastructure and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

✒️Today is his memorial day!
✒️Freedom fighter Satyamurthi was born on 19th August 1887 at Thirumayam in Pudukkottai district. He is also interested in arts including drama and music. Also, a social reform thinker. He was arrested in 1930 when he tried to hoist the national flag at the Parthasarathi temple in Chennai. If there were many Satyamurthis like him, the British would have run away, Gandhiji said. His role in anti-Simon Commission, non-cooperation movement, Swadeshi movement and satyagraha was immense. Having dedicated all his assets to the country, he is struggling to pay even the house rent. In memory of his incomparable work, the Tamil Nadu Congress Party headquarters has been named Satyamurthi Bhavan. Sathyamurthy, popularly known as Theerar, Sollin Selvar and Naavarasar, died on March 28, 1943 after suffering from spinal cord injury.

✒️விடுதலைப் போராட்ட வீரர் சத்தியமூர்த்தி 1887ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆகஸ்ட் 19ஆம் தேதி புதுக்கோட்டை மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள திருமயத்தில் பிறந்தார். இவர் நாடகம், இசை உள்ளிட்ட கலைகளிலும் ஆர்வம் கொண்டவர். மேலும், சமூக சீர்திருத்த சிந்தனைமிக்கவர். 1930ஆம் ஆண்டு சென்னை பார்த்தசாரதி கோவிலில், தேசியக்கொடியை ஏற்ற முயன்றபோது கைது செய்யப்பட்டார். இதுபோல பல சத்தியமூர்த்திகள் இருந்திருந்தால் ஆங்கிலேயர்கள் எப்போதோ ஓடியிருப்பார்கள் என்றார் காந்தியடிகள். சைமன் கமிஷன் எதிர்ப்பு, ஒத்துழையாமை இயக்கம், சுதேசி இயக்கம், சத்தியாகிரகம் ஆகியவற்றில் இவரது பங்கு மகத்தானது. தனது அனைத்து சொத்துக்களையும் நாட்டுக்கு அர்ப்பணித்துவிட்டு, வீட்டு வாடகைக்கூட கொடுக்க முடியாமல் சிரமப்பட்டிருக்கிறார். இவரது ஒப்பற்ற பணியை நினைவுக்கூர்ந்து, தமிழ்நாடு காங்கிரஸ் கட்சி தலைமை அலுவலகத்திற்கு சத்தியமூர்த்தி பவன் எனப் பெயரிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. தீரர், சொல்லின் செல்வர், நாவரசர் என்றெல்லாம் புகழப்பட்ட சத்தியமூர்த்தி, முதுகுத்தண்டு காயத்தால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டு 1943ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் 28ஆம் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
