✒️It was enacted on 15th March 1872 & came into force on 1st September 1872, (consist of 11 chapters and 167 sections) to consolidate, define and amend the law of Evidence.
✒️It was enacted & enforced on 15th March 1948, to provide for fixing minimum rates of wages in certain employments.
✒️It was enacted on 15th March 1930 & came into force on 1st July 1930, to define and amend the law relating to the sale of goods.
✒️It was enacted on 15th March 1952 & came into force on 1st July 1952, to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of labour and safety in mines.
✒️World Consumer Rights Day is observed on March 15 to create awareness about consumer rights. Its main objectives are to explain the fundamental rights of consumers and to take action against them and fight against market crimes. This day is observed by the International Consumer Organization. In 1962, the then president of the United States, John Kennedy, attended the meeting of the World Consumer Organization and spoke about consumer rights and at that time the Consumer Rights Bill was passed. The bill also led to basic rights for international consumers. To mark this, this festival has been celebrated since 1983.
✒️ நுகர்வோரின் உரிமைகள் பற்றி விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தும் விதமாக மார்ச் 15ஆம் தேதி, உலக நுகர்வோர் உரிமைகள் தினம் கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது. நுகர்வோரின் அடிப்படை உரிமைகளை விளக்குவது அதன்மீது நடவடிக்கை எடுத்தல், சந்தை குற்றங்களுக்கு எதிராக போராடுதல் ஆகியவை இதன் முக்கிய நோக்கங்கள் ஆகும். இத்தினம் அனைத்துலக நுகர்வோர் அமைப்பின் சார்பில் அனுசரிக்கப்படும் தினமாகும். 1962ஆம் ஆண்டு அமெரிக்காவின் அப்போதைய அதிபர் ஜான் கென்னடி உலக நுகர்வோர் அமைப்பின் கூட்டத்தில் கலந்து கொண்டு பேசினார். அவ்வேளையில் நுகர்வோர் உரிமைகளுக்கான மசோதா பிறப்பிக்கப்பட்டது. சர்வதேச நுகர்வோருக்கான அடிப்படை உரிமைகளைப் பெற இந்த மசோதா வழிவகுத்தது. இதனை குறிப்பிடும் வகையில், இத்தினம் 1983ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது.

✒️World famous writer and Nobel laureate for literature Paul Heyse was born on March 15, 1830 in Hellegeist near Berlin, Germany. His first poem was published in 1848 after he met famous literary men. His father published his first book of short stories and poems. Beginning in 1867, he wrote profusely over the next 30 years. His fame gradually spread and he became famous all over the world. He has written numerous poems, 120 novels, 177 short stories and 60 plays. The short story 'The Fury' brought him name and fame. He joined all the writers and started a literary organization called “Die Krokodile”. He left his mark in various fields of literature and was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1910. Paul Heyse, a great writer and one of Germany's most important writers, died on April 21, 1914.

'தி ஃப்யூரி" சிறுகதை இவருக்கு பெயரையும், புகழையும் பெற்றுத் தந்தது. இவர் எழுத்தாளர்கள் அனைவரையும் இணைத்து 'டை குரோகடைல்" என்ற இலக்கிய அமைப்பை தொடங்கினார். இலக்கியத்தின் பல்வேறு களங்களிலும் முத்திரை பதித்த இவருக்கு 1910ஆம் ஆண்டு இலக்கியத்திற்கான நோபல் பரிசு வழங்கப்பட்டது. சிறந்த இலக்கியவாதியும், ஜெர்மனியின் முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த எழுத்தாளர்களில் ஒருவருமான பால் ஹெயிஸ் 1914ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 21ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
