The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019 :
✒️It was enacted on 31st July 2019 & as per sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 19th September, 2018, to protect the rights of married Muslim women and to prohibit divorce by pronouncing talaq by their husbands and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The Fugitive Economic Offenders Act, 2018 :
✒️It was enacted on 31st July 2018 & as per sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 21st April 2018, to provide for measures to deter fugitive economic offenders from evading the process of law in India by staying outside the jurisdiction of Indian courts, to preserve the sanctity of the rule of law in India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The Marine Aids to Navigation Act, 2021:
✒️It was enacted on 31st July 2020 & as per sec 1(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 31st March 2020, to provide for the development, maintenance and management of aids to navigation in India; for training and certification of operator of aids to navigation, development of its historical, educational and cultural value; to ensure compliance with the obligation under the maritime treaties and international instruments to which India is a party and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
