The Asian Development Bank Act, 1966 :
✒️It was enacted on 29th May 1966 & came into force on 12th December 1966, to implement the international agreement for the establishment and operation of the Asian Development Bank and for matters connected therewith.
The Life Insurance Corporation (Modification of Settlements) Act, 1976 :
✒️It was enacted & enforced on 29th May 1976, to provide for the modification of the settlements arrived at between the Life Insurance Corporation of India and their workmen.
சர்வதேச அமைதி காப்போர் தினம் - International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers (The day has been observed since May 29, 2001 to honor both men and women involved in United Nations peacekeeping operations, to commemorate peace survivors and to coordinate relief efforts) :
✒️Since the end of World War II, the casualties caused by war are incalculable. Therefore, the United Nations was formed on the basis of maintaining world peace without causing another world war. It is observed on May 29 to honor both men and women involved in United Nations peacekeeping operations, remember those who lost their lives in related operations, and coordinate relief efforts.
- இரண்டாம் உலக மகாயுத்தம் முடிவடைந்த பின்பு யுத்தத்தினால் ஏற்பட்ட உயிரிழப்புகள் கணக்கிட முடியாதவை. அதனால் மற்றொரு உலக மகாயுத்தம் ஏற்படாமல், உலக சமாதானத்தை நிலைநிறுத்துவதை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்டே ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் அவை உருவாக்கம் பெற்றது.

John F Kennedy - World's One of Finest Leader ஜான் எஃப் கென்னடி - John Fitzgerald Kennedy - Former Youngest U.S. President - Served as the 35th President of the United States from 1961 until his assassination (whose famous words “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country” still revolving around the world) : |
✒️John F.Kennedy, one of the world's greatest leaders and former US president, was born on May 29, 1917 in the United States. He was an officer in the US Navy during World War II. Then he rescued a soldier and dragged him ashore for about three miles. For this he was awarded the 'Purple Heart' bravery medal. At the end of the war he returned to politics. He was awarded the 'Pulitzer Prize' in 1957 for his book "Profiles in Courage". He won the election in 1960 and assumed office as the President of the United States. He was loved by all the people of the world and voiced for human rights, was died on November 22, 1963.
- உலகப் பெருந்தலைவர்களில் ஒருவராக விளங்கியவரும், அமெரிக்க முன்னாள் அதிபருமான ஜான் எஃப் கென்னடி 1917ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 29ஆம் தேதி அமெரிக்காவில் பிறந்தார்.
- இரண்டாம் உலகப் போரின் போது இவர் அமெரிக்க கடற்படையில் அதிகாரியாக இருந்தார். அப்போது ஒரு வீரரைக் காப்பாற்றி சுமார் மூன்று மைல் தூரம் கடலில் இழுத்து வந்து கரை சேர்த்தார். இதற்காக 'பர்பிள் ஹார்ட்" (Purple Heart) என்ற வீரப் பதக்கம் இவருக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டது.
- போரின் முடிவில் இவர் அரசியலுக்குத் திரும்பினார். இவர் எழுதிய ப்ரஃபைல்ஸ் இன் கரேஜ் (Profiles in Courage) என்ற நூலுக்காக 1957ஆம் ஆண்டு 'புலிட்சர் பரிசு" (Pulitzer Prize) வழங்கப்பட்டது. 1960ஆம் ஆண்டு நடைபெற்ற தேர்தலில் வெற்றி பெற்று அமெரிக்காவின் அதிபராக பதவி ஏற்றார்.
- உலக மக்கள் அனைவராலும் நேசிக்கப்பட்ட, மனித உரிமைக்காகக் குரல் கொடுத்த இவர் 1963ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 22ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
சரண் சிங் - Chaudhary Charan Singh - Former Prime Minister of India - champion of India's Peasants (Served as the 5th Prime Minister of India between 28 July 1979 and 14 January 1980) :

✒️Charan Singh, the former Prime Minister of India, was born on 23 December 1902 in Noorpur, Meerut District, Uttar Pradesh. Charan Singh entered politics as part of the Freedom Movement. After independence he has worked in various departments like Revenue, Medicine and Public Health, Justice, Information, Agriculture. Charan Singh, who created great faith among lakhs of farmers, was died on 29th May 1987.

- இந்தியாவின் முன்னாள் பிரதமரான சரண் சிங் 1902ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 23ஆம் தேதி உத்தரப்பிரதேச மாநிலத்தில் உள்ள மீரட் மாவட்டத்தின் நூர்பூரில் பிறந்தார்.
- சரண் சிங் சுதந்திர இயக்கத்தின் பகுதியாக அரசியலில் நுழைந்தார். சுதந்திரத்திற்கு பிறகு இவர் வருவாய், மருத்துவம் மற்றும் பொது சுகாதாரம், நீதி, தகவல், வேளாண்மை ஆகிய பல துறைகளில் பணிபுரிந்துள்ளார்.
- இலட்சக்கணக்கான விவசாயிகள் மத்தியில் பெரும் நம்பிக்கையை உருவாக்கிய சரண் சிங் 1987ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 29ஆம் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟1630ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 29ஆம் தேதி இங்கிலாந்தின் இரண்டாம் சார்ல்ஸ் பிறந்தார் - Charles II of England was born on May 29, 1630 at St James's Palace, London, United Kingdom. Charles II was the king of Scotland from 1649 until 1651, and Ruler of Britain, Scotland and Ireland from the 1660 Reclamation of the government until his demise in 1685. Charles II was the eldest enduring offspring of Charles I of Britain, Scotland and Ireland and Henrietta Maria of France. During his reign he has seen wars i-e The Great Fire of London in 1666 and a horrible plague in 1665 and three wars with the Dutch. The notable king is died on 6th February 1685, Palace of Whitehall in London.
