✒️It was enacted on 22nd January 2012 and came into force on 2nd April 2012, to provide for and regulate assignment of receivables by making provision for registration there for and rights and obligations of parties to contract for assignment of receivables and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
The Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991:
✒️It was enacted on 22nd January 1991 and came into force on 1st April 1991, to provide for public liability insurance for the purpose of providing immediate relief to the persons affected by accident occurring while handling any hazardous substance and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

தி.வே.கோபாலையர் -T.V.Gopal Iyer - Tamil Scholar - Editor - Orator - Lecturer - Professor :
✒️T.V.Gopal Iyar, Tamil Scholar, was born on January 22, 1926 in Mannargudi, Tiruvarur district. He was well versed in grammar, literature, religious texts especially Vaishnava literature. Also proficient in Tamil, English, Sanskrit and French. He has published rarest books like Ehzuthathikaram, Sollathigaaram, Ilakkana kothu urai, Piroyoga vivekam & Veera Chohiya urai. He also wrote many books including Tolkappiya Senavariyam, Kambaramayanathil Munivargal, Seevaka Chinthamani Kappiya Nalan, Baalakaandam, Sundarakaandam etc. He has received many awards like Senthamil Kalanidhi, Saiva Nanmani, Arignar Thilakam, Chinthamani Kalanchiyam, Pongu Tamil Virudhu. There is no need to worry if old grammar and literature books get destroyed, that if he was there, he could have published all the books from his memory. Such a great Tamil scholar died on April 1, 2007.
- தமிழ் நூற்கடல் என்று போற்றப்பட்ட தி.வே.கோபாலையர் 1926ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 22ஆம் தேதி திருவாரூர் மாவட்டம் மன்னார்குடியில் பிறந்தார். இவர் இலக்கணம், இலக்கியம், சமய நூல்கள் குறிப்பாக வைணவ இலக்கியங்களை கற்றறிந்தவர். மேலும் தமிழ், ஆங்கிலம், சமஸ்கிருதம், பிரெஞ்ச் மொழிகளில் புலமைமிக்கவர். எழுத்ததிகாரம், சொல்லதிகாரம், இலக்கணக் கொத்து உரை, பிரயோக விவேகம், வீர சோழிய உரை உள்ளிட்ட பல அரிய நூல்களைப் பதிப்பித்தவர். மேலும் தொல்காப்பியச் சேனாவரையம், கம்பராமாயணத்தில் முனிவர்கள், சீவக சிந்தாமணி காப்பிய நலன், பாலகாண்டம், சுந்தரகாண்டம் உள்ளிட்ட பல நூல்களைப் படைத்தார். செந்தமிழ் கலாநிதி, சைவ நன்மணி, அறிஞர் திலகம், சிந்தாமணிக் களஞ்சியம், பொங்கு தமிழ் விருது போன்ற ஏராளமான விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார். பழந்தமிழ் இலக்கண, இலக்கிய நூல்கள் அழிய நேர்ந்தாலும் கவலைப்பட வேண்டியதில்லை. தி.வே.கோபாலையர் இருந்தால் போதும் அவரது நினைவில் இருந்தே அனைத்து நூல்களையும் பதிப்பித்துவிட முடியும் என்று பல தமிழ் அறிஞர்களாலும் போற்றப்பட்ட இவர் 2007ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 1ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

ஜார்ஜ் கோர்டன் பைரன் - George Gordon Byron (known as Lord Byron) - English Poet :
✒️George Gordon Byron, one of the leading figures of the fictional movement, was born on January 22, 1788 in Holles Street, London. He published his autobiographical poem Childe Harold's Pilgrimage. It was a huge hit upon its release. After that he continued to publish poems. His works like The Prophecy of Dante, Don Juan and the poetic dramas Faliero, Sardanapalus, I due Foscari were published in 1821. He helped in the Greek War of Independence against Turkey. So the Greeks celebrated him as a national hero. Admired as one of the most important Anglo-Scottish fictional movement poets, he died on April 19, 1824 in Missolonghi, Greece due to health problems.
- புனைவியல் இயக்கத்தின் முக்கியமானவர்களுள் ஒருவரான ஜார்ஜ் கோர்டன் பைரன் 1788ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 22ஆம் தேதி லண்டன், ஹோலஸ் ஸ்ட்ரீட் என்ற இடத்தில் பிறந்தார். இவர் Childe Harolds Pilgrimage என்னும் தனது சுயசரிதைக் கவிதையை வெளியிட்டார். வெளிவந்த உடனே இது மகத்தான வெற்றி பெற்றது. அதன் பிறகு தொடர்ந்து கவிதைகளை வெளியிட்டார். இவரின் தி புரோபசி ஆஃப் டான்டெ, டான் ஜுவன் மற்றும் கவிதை நாடகங்களான ஃபெலியரோ, சர்டான்பாலஸ், தி டு ஃபோஸ்காரி ஆகிய பல படைப்புகள் 1821ஆம் ஆண்டு வெளிவந்தன. இவர் துருக்கிக்கு எதிராக கிரேக்க விடுதலைப் போரில் உதவி செய்தார். அதனால் கிரேக்கர்கள் இவரை ஒரு தேசிய வீரனாக கொண்டாடினர். ஆங்கில-ஸ்காட்டிய புனைவியல் இயக்கக் கவிஞர்களில் முக்கியமானவராகப் போற்றப்பட்ட இவர் உடல்நிலை பாதிப்பால் 1824ஆம் ஆண்டு ஏப்ரல் 19ந் தேதி கிரேக்க நாட்டின் மிசோலோங்கியில் மறைந்தார்.
