விதவை மறுமணம் - Widow Remarriage :
✒️இந்து மறுமணச் சட்டம் 1856 இயற்றப்பட்ட பிறகு, முதல் விதவை மறுமணம் கல்கத்தாவில் 1856ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 7ந் தேதியன்று நடந்தது - After the enactment of the Hindu Remarriage Act 1856, the first widow remarriage took place in Calcutta on 7th December 1856.
கொடி நாள் - Armed Forces Flag Day :
✒️Flag Day is celebrated on 7th December in India. Flag Day is a day to honor the bravery and sacrifices of the three armed forces of India. It has been observed by the Government of India and the State Governments of India since 1949.
- இந்தியாவில் கொடி நாள் டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. கொடி நாள் என்பது இந்தியாவின் முப்படை வீரர்களின் அரும்பணிகளையும், தியாகத்தையும் போற்றும் நாளாகும். இத்தினத்தை இந்திய அரசும், இந்திய மாநில அரசுகளும் 1949ஆம் ஆண்டிலிருந்து கடைபிடிக்கின்றன.
சர்வதேச சிவில் விமானப் போக்குவரத்து தினம் - International Civil Aviation Day :
✒️International Civil Aviation Day is celebrated on 7th December. Currently, international air traffic is taking place. So an organization was started in 1944 for this purpose. The UN accepted the organization's request. The General Assembly has declared 7th December as International Civil Aviation Day.
- சர்வதேச சிவில் விமானப் போக்குவரத்து தினம் டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி கொண்டாடப்படுகிறது. தற்போது சர்வதேச அளவில் விமானப் போக்குவரத்து நடைபெற்று வருகிறது. எனவே இதற்காக ஒரு அமைப்பு 1944ஆம் ஆண்டு ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. இந்த அமைப்பின் வேண்டுகோளை ஏற்றுக்கொண்ட ஐ.நா. பொதுச்சபை டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதியை சர்வதேச சிவில் விமானப் போக்குவரத்து தினமாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.

சோ ராமசாமி - Cho Ramaswamy - Former Member of Rajya sabha - Actor - Lawyer - Journalist :
✒️Today Cho's memorial day!
✒️Renowned Journalist Cho Ramasamy was born on 5th October 1934 in Mylapore, Chennai. He worked as an advocate in the Madras High Court from 1957 to 1962. He played the role of "CHO" in the play Thenmozhiyal. Later, that became his name. He started "Thuglak" Weekly in 1970 and Pickwick in 1976. His book "Hindu Maha Samuthiram" was published in 6 volumes. He was elected as a member of Rajya Sabha in 1999. He has received many awards including Goenka Award, Nachiketa Award. Cho Ramasamy, a multifaceted journalist, playwright and actor, passed away on December 7, 2016.

- பிரபல பத்திரிக்கையாளரான சோ ராமசாமி 1934ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் 5ஆம் தேதி சென்னையிலுள்ள மயிலாப்பூரில் பிறந்தார். இவர் 1957ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் 1962ஆம் ஆண்டு வரை சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கறிஞராக பணியாற்றினார்.
- இவர் தேன்மொழியாள் என்ற நாடகத்தில் சோ என்ற கதாபாத்திரத்தில் நடித்தார். பிறகு, அதுவே இவரது பெயராக நிலைத்துவிட்டது.
- துக்ளக் வார இதழை 1970ஆம் ஆண்டும், பிக்விக் என்ற ஆங்கில இதழை 1976ஆம் ஆண்டும் தொடங்கினார். இவரது இந்து மகா சமுத்திரம் நூல் 6 தொகுதிகளாக வெளிவந்தது.
- இவர் மாநிலங்களவை உறுப்பினராக 1999ஆம் ஆண்டு தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார். கோயங்கா விருது, நசிகேதஸ் விருது உள்ளிட்ட பல விருதுகளைப் பெற்றுள்ளார்.
- பத்திரிக்கையாளர், நாடக ஆசிரியர், நடிகர் என பன்முகப் பரிமாணம் கொண்ட சோ ராமசாமி 2016ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

ஜெரார்டு குயூப்பர் - Gerard Peter Kuiper - Dutch Astronomer :
✒️Astronomer Gerard Peter Kuiper was born on December 7, 1905 in Netherlands. He is involved in research on Mars and solar system. He discovered Miranda and Nereid, satellites of Uranus and Neptune. He discovered carbon-dioxide on Mars and methane gas on Saturn. The asteroids he discovered far beyond Neptune are called the 'Kuiper Belt' after him. Gerard Kuiper, hailed as the father of modern planetary science, died on December 23, 1973.
- வானியல் அறிஞர் ஜெரார்டு குயூப்பர் 1905ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி ஹாலந்தில் உள்ள ஹெரன்காஸ்பெல் கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார்.
- இவர் செவ்வாய் கிரகம், சூரியக் குடும்பம் குறித்த ஆய்வுகளில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார். யுரேனஸ், நெப்டியூன் ஆகிய கிரகங்களின் துணைக்கோள்களான மிரான்டா, நீரிட் ஆகியவற்றைக் கண்டறிந்தவர்.
- செவ்வாய் கிரகத்தில் கார்பன்-டை-ஆக்சைடு இருப்பதையும், சனிக்கிரகத்தில் மீத்தேன் வாயு இருப்பதையும் கண்டறிந்தவர். நெப்டியூனுக்கு தொலைவில் இவர் கண்டறிந்த குறுங்கோள்கள், இவரது பெயரால் 'குயூப்பர் பெல்ட்" எனக் குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது.
- நவீன கோள் அறிவியலின் தந்தை என்று போற்றப்பட்ட ஜெரார்டு குயூப்பர் 1973ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 23ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟The Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 : It was enacted & enforced on 7th December 1962, to provide for the acquisition of right of user in land for laying pipelines for the transport of petroleum and minerals and for matters connected therewith.
🌟The Deposit Insurance and Credit Guarantee Corporation Act, 1961 : It was enacted on 7th December 1961 & came into force on 1st January 1962, to provide for the establishment of a corporation for the purpose of insurance of deposits and guaranteeing of credit facilities and for other matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
🌟 1972ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 7ஆம் தேதி அப்பல்லோ திட்டத்தின் கடைசி விண்கலம் அப்பல்லோ 17 சந்திரனை நோக்கி ஏவப்பட்டது - On December 7, 1972, the last Apollo spacecraft, Apollo 17, was launched towards the moon.
