The Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956 :

✒️It was enacted and enforced on 21st December 1956, to amend and codify the law relating to adoptions and maintenance among Hindus.


The Prevention of Terrorism (Repeal) Act, 2004 :

✒️It was enacted on 21st December 2004 and as per Sec 1(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 21st September 2004, to repeal the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002.


The Public Records Act, 1993 :

✒️It was enacted on 21st December 1993 and enforced on 1st March 1995, to regulate the management, administration and preservation of public records of the Central Government, Union territory Administrations, public sector undertakings, statutory bodies and corporations, commissions and committees constituted by the Central Government or a Union territory Administration and matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.


The Jute Companies (Nationalisation) Act, 1980 :

✒️It was enacted and enforced on 21st December 1980, to provide for the acquisition and transfer of the undertakings of the jute companies, specified in the First Schedule with a view to securing the proper management of such undertakings so as to subserve the interests of the general public by ensuring the continued manufacture, production and distribution of articles made of jute, which are essential to the needs of the economy of the country and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.


The Sick Textile Undertakings (Nationalisation) Act, 1974 :

✒️It was enacted on 21st December 1974 and the provisions of sections 32 and 33 shall come into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st April, 1974, to provide for the acquisition and transfer of the sick textile undertakings, and the right, title and interest of the owners in respect of the sick textile undertakings, specified in the First Schedule with a view to re-organising and rehabilitating such sick textile undertakings so as to subserve the interests of the general public by the augmentation of the production and distribution, at fair prices, of different verieties of cloth and yarn, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

🌟 உலகின் முதலாவது குறுக்கெழுத்துப் போட்டி நியூயோர்க் வேர்ல்ட் பத்திரிகையில், 1913 ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 21 தேதி அன்று வெளியானது - The world's first crossword puzzle was published in the New York World on December 21, 1913.


🌟 புகழ்பெற்ற கன்னட எழுத்தாளர் யூ.ஆர்.அனந்தமூர்த்தி 1932 ஆண்டு, டிசம்பர் 21 தேதி அன்று கர்நாடகாவின் மெலிகே கிராமத்தில் பிறந்தார் - famous kannada writer, U.R.Ananthamurthy was born in Melige Village, Karnataka on 1932, December 21.

🌟 நார்வேயின் முதல் தேசிய பூங்காவாக ராண்டன் பூங்கா, 1962ஆம் ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் 21ஆம் தேதி அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது - Rondane Park was declared Norway's first national park on 21 December 1962.
