இந்திய அரசியல் சாசன தினம் - Constitution Day - Samvidhan Divas - National Law Day :

✒️ Constitution Day of India is observed on 26th November, the day on which The Constitution of India was enacted. This festival was observed for the first time on 26th November 2015. The day is celebrated by the Government of India to honor and remember Dr.Ambedkar who served as the Chairman of the Drafting Committee of the Constitution of India and to honor all those who worked tirelessly for the Constitution of India.

• இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு சட்டம் இயற்றப்பட்ட தினமான நவம்பர் 26ஆம் தேதியை இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு தினமாக அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. இத்தினம் முதல்முறையாக 2015ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 26ஆம் தேதி கடைபிடிக்கப்பட்டது.

• இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பு சாசனத்தின் வரைவுக்குழுவின் தலைவராக செயல்பட்ட டாக்டர் அம்பேத்கரை கௌரவிக்கும் விதமாகவும், அவரை நினைவுகூறும் வகையிலும் மற்றும் இந்திய அரசியலமைப்புக்காக அயராது உழைத்த அனைவருக்கும் மரியாதை செய்யும் விதமாகவும் இந்திய அரசால் அரசியல் சாசன தினம் துவக்கப்பட்டு கொண்டாடப்பட்டு வருகிறது.

உலக உடல் பருமன் எதிர்ப்பு தினம் - Anti-Obesity Day :

✒️World Anti-Obesity Day is observed on 26th November to raise awareness that a non-obese body is safe and that reducing obesity can prevent many health problems. Excessive body weight is called obesity. Excess fat accumulation is dangerous for health. Also, obesity is a health problem. 2.6 million people die worldwide each year from obesity. It is practiced to explain the evil caused by obesity.

• பருமனற்ற உடலே பாதுகாப்பானது மற்றும் உடல் பருமனை குறைப்பதன் மூலம் பல்வேறு பாதிப்புகளை தவிர்க்கலாம் என்பதை உணர்த்தும் வகையில் உலக உடல் பருமன் எதிர்ப்பு தினம் நவம்பர் 26ஆம் தேதி கடைபிடிக்கப்படுகிறது.

• கட்டுக்கு மீறிய வகையில் உடல் பெரிதாக இருப்பதை உடல் பருமன் என்கின்றனர். அதிகமான கொழுப்பு சேர்வது உடல்நலத்திற்கு ஆபத்தானது. மேலும், உடல் பருமன் சுகாதாரப் பிரச்சனையாகும்.

எலிசபெத் ஹெலன் பிளாக்பர்ன் - Elizabeth Blackburn - Australian-American Researcher :

✒️International medical scholar Elizabeth Helen Blackburn was born on 26 November 1948 in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia. She and her assistant Carol W.Greider successfully isolated the enzyme called "Telomerase" that controls the length and width of new telomeres in DNA. This groundbreaking discovery led biologists around the world to understand the complex functions of genetic cells and their replication. Awarded the Eli Lilly Award for Microbiology in 1988. In 2009, she won the Nobel Prize in Medicine along with her colleagues, Carol Greider and Jack Szostak. She is actively engaged in frequent speaking engagements and conducting seminars on telomeres and cancer.

• சர்வதேச மருத்துவ அறிஞர் எலிசபெத் ஹெலன் பிளாக்பர்ன் 1948ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 26ஆம் தேதி ஆஸ்திரேலியா, தாஸ்மானியா தீவின் ஹோபர்ட் என்ற இடத்தில் பிறந்தார்.

• இவரும் இவரது உதவியாளர் கரோல் டபிள்யு கிரெய்டர் என்பவரும் டி.என்.ஏ.விலிருக்கும் புதிய டெலோமியர்களை ஒன்றிணைத்து அவற்றின் நீள, அகலங்களை கட்டுப்படுத்தும் டெலோமெரிஸ் என்ற என்சைமை வெற்றிகரமாக பிரித்தெடுத்தனர். இந்த அபாரமான கண்டுபிடிப்பு உலகம் முழுவதும் உள்ள உயிரியலாளர்களுக்கு மரபணு செல்களின் சிக்கலான செயல்பாடுகளையும், அவற்றின் இரட்டிப்பாக்கும் (replication) தன்மையை புரிந்துகொள்ளவும் வழிவகுத்தது.

• நுண்ணுயிரியலுக்கான எல்லி லில்லி விருது 1988-ல் வழங்கப்பட்டது. 2009-ல் தனது குழுவை சேர்ந்த கரோல் கிரெய்டர், ஜாக் சொஸ்டாக் ஆகியோருடன் இணைந்து மருத்துவத்திற்கான நோபல் பரிசை வென்றார். இவர் டெலோமியர்கள் மற்றும் புற்றுநோய் குறித்து இடைவிடாமல் உரையாற்றுவதிலும், கருத்தரங்குகள் நடத்துவதிலும் முனைப்புடன் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளார்.

🌟 1957ஆம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 26ஆம் தேதி சாதியை பாதுகாக்கும் இந்திய அரசியல் சட்டப் பிரிவுகளை தீயிடும் போராட்டத்தை தந்தை பெரியார் ஆரம்பித்து வைத்தார் - On November 26, 1957, Periyar started a campaign to set fire to Indian constitutions protecting caste.
