Dear readers, today we would like to remind you once again of some of the things that happened today. It's might be about Indian Law, World Leaders, Inventions, Inventors, Freedom fighters, the people who made the world look back.It can also be about an event. In that line today we are going to know about "Limitation Act - World Teachers' Day - Ramalinga Adigal, Saint & Poet - Steve Jobs, American Entrepreneur - Robert H.Goddard, American Physicist & Inventor."
The Limitation Act, 1963 :
✒️It was enacted on 5th October 1963 and came into force on 1st January 1964, to consolidate and amend the law for the limitation of suits and other proceedings and for purposes connected therewith.
✒️The first Limitation Law was established in 1859 which came into operation in 1862. The law of limitation developed in stages and finally took the form of Limitation Act in 1963.
✒️In Balakrishnan v. M.A. Krishnamurthy, AIR 1988 SC 3222 it was held by the Supreme Court that the Limitation Act is based upon a public policy which is used for fixing a life span of a legal remedy or unnecessary delay for the purpose of general welfare.
The Maintenance Orders Enforcement Act, 1921 :
✒️It was enacted & enforced on 5th October 1921, to facilitate the enforcement in India of Maintenance Orders made in reciprocating territories and vice versa.
உலக ஆசிரியர் தினம் - World Teachers' Day :
✒️The teachers are called guru in the following order, Madha(mother), Pitha(father), Guru(teacher), Dheivam(god). This sentence suggests that teachers have a sense of pride that no other profession can afford. World Teachers' Day is observed on 5th October every year as a way of thanking such outstanding people. In 1994, UNESCO announced this theme to honor the contribution of teachers to public education. The days and manner in which this festival is celebrated varies from country to country.
- மாதா, பிதா, குரு, தெய்வம் என்பார்கள். வேறு எந்த பணிக்கும் கிடைக்காத பெருமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு உள்ளது என்பதை இந்த வாக்கியம் உணர்த்துகிறது. அத்தகைய சிறப்புமிக்கவர்களுக்கு நன்றி செலுத்தும் விதமாக ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் அக்டோபர் 5ஆம் தேதி உலக ஆசிரியர் தினம் அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது.
- ஆசிரியர்கள் பொதுக்கல்விக்காக ஆற்றி வரும் பங்களிப்பினை மரியாதை செய்யும் விதமாக, யுனெஸ்கோ (UNESCO) நிறுவனம் 1994ஆம் ஆண்டு இத்தினத்தை அறிவித்தது. இத்தினம் கொண்டாடப்படும் நாட்களும், விதமும் நாட்டுக்கு நாடு வித்தியாசப்படுகின்றது.

இராமலிங்க அடிகள் - Thiruvarutprakasa Vallalar Chidambaram Ramalingam - Saint - Poet :
✒️'Vallalar' Ramalinga Adigalar, a sage who laid down principles of reconciliation and strove to eradicate hunger, was born on 5th October 1823 at Marudur next to Chidambaram. At age of 9 Ramalingam was sent to sing Murugan songs and he stunned the devotees with his eloquent flood of eloquence. Thereafter he was moved to see the suffering of people due to hunger, starvation, poverty and lack of education. He very often said "Jeevakarunya is the key to Moksha." He formed the organization "Samarasa Vedha Sanmarga Sangam" in 1865. He laid down principles that people could easily follow. He preached that 'God is one, sacrifice of life, eating of Non-veg, caste, religion and economic differences should not exist. Other living things should be treated as self-living. Giving food to the hungry is a high merit. 'Ramalinga Swami died on January 30, 1874, who said, 'Whenever I saw a withered crop, I withered.'
- சமரச சன்மார்க்க நெறிகளை வகுத்தவரும், பசிப்பிணி போக்க பாடுபட்ட ஞானியுமான 'வள்ளலார்" இராமலிங்க அடிகள் 1823ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் 5ஆம் தேதி சிதம்பரம் அடுத்த மருதூரில் பிறந்தார்.
- முருகன் பாடல்களை பாடிவிட்டு வருமாறு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்ட 9 வயது ராமலிங்கம், மடைதிறந்த வெள்ளமென சொற்பொழிவாற்றி வியப்பில் ஆழ்த்தினார்.
- பசி, பட்டினி, பிணி, கல்வியின்மையால் மக்கள் துன்புறுவதைக் கண்டு துடித்தார். 'ஜீவகாருண்யமே மோட்சத்துக்கான திறவுகோல்" என எடுத்துக் கூறினார்.
- 'சமரச வேத சன்மார்க்க சங்கம்" என்ற அமைப்பை 1865ஆம் ஆண்டு உருவாக்கினார். மக்கள் எளிதாக பின்பற்றக்கூடிய கொள்கைகளை வகுத்தார். 'கடவுள் ஒருவரே, உயிர் பலி, புலால் உண்பது, ஜாதி, மத, பொருளாதார வேறுபாடுகள் கூடாது. பிற உயிர்களை தன்னுயிர்போல் கருத வேண்டும். பசித்தவர்களுக்கு உணவு அளிப்பது உயர்வான புண்ணியம்" என உபதேசித்தார்.
- 'வாடிய பயிரைக் கண்டபோதெல்லாம் வாடினேன்" என்று கூறிய இராமலிங்க சுவாமிகள் 1874ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜனவரி 30ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

🌟 2011ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் 5ஆம் தேதி ஆப்பிள் நிறுவனத்தை ஆரம்பித்த ஸ்டீவ் ஜாப்ஸ் மறைந்தார் - Steve Jobs, who started Apple was passed away on 5th October 2011.
