பக்ருதின் அலி அகமது - Fakhruddin Ali Ahmed - Indian lawyer - Politician (Former President served as the 5th president of India from 1974 to 1977) :
✒️முன்னாள் இந்திய குடியரசுத் தலைவர் பக்ருதின் அலி அகமது 1905ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 13ஆம் தேதி டெல்லியில் பிறந்தார்.
- 1925ஆம் ஆண்டு லண்டனில் ஜவஹர்லால் நேருவை சந்தித்த இவர் இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸில் இணைந்தார். 1942ஆம் ஆண்டு வெள்ளையனே வெளியேறு இயக்கத்தில் பங்கேற்றார். இரண்டு முறை அசாம் சட்டமன்றத்திற்காக காங்கிரஸ் கட்சியின் சார்பில் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.
- நடுவண் அமைச்சரவையில் பல முக்கிய பொறுப்புகளை வகித்த இவர் குறிப்பாக உணவு மற்றும் வேளாண்மைத் துறை, கூட்டுறவு, தொழிலாளர் நலத்துறை, கல்வித்துறை மற்றும் நிறுவன சட்டங்கள் போன்ற துறைகளுக்கான அமைச்சராக பணியாற்றினார். 1967ஆம் ஆண்டு அகில இந்திய மட்டைப்பந்து சங்கத்தின் தலைவராகவும் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.
- 1974ஆம் ஆண்டு இந்தியாவின் குடியரசுத் தலைவராக பதவி ஏற்று, இறக்கும் வரை பதவியில் இருந்த பக்ருதின் அலி அகமது 1977ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி 11ந் தேதி மறைந்தார்.

✒️தமிழகத்தை சேர்ந்த கவிஞர் தாராபாரதி 1947ஆம் ஆண்டு பிப்ரவரி 26ஆம் தேதி திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டம் 'குவளை" என்னும் சிற்றூரில் பிறந்தார். இவரது இயற்பெயர் ராதாகிருஷ்ணன்.
- 34 ஆண்டுகள் ஆசிரியர் பணி சேவைக்காக தமிழக அரசின் நல்லாசிரியர் விருது பெற்றவர். புதிய விடியல்கள், இது எங்கள் கிழக்கு, விரல்நுனி வெளிச்சங்கள், கவிஞாயிறு தாராபாரதி கவிதைகள் ஆகியவை இவரது படைப்புகளாகும்.
- தமிழ்நாடு அரசு 2010-2011ஆம் ஆண்டில் இவரது நூல்களை நாட்டுடைமை ஆக்கியுள்ளது. கவிஞாயிறு என்ற சிறப்பு பெயரால் அழைக்கப்படும் இவர் 2000ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 13ஆம் தேதி மறைந்தார்.
